Refund Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items damaged upon receipt.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for packages once they are recorded as delivered to the shipping address provided.

 

  • Deliveries do not require a signature, and we cannot be held responsible for items reported as delivered but not received.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of the delivery address entered at checkout.

 


Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure for receiving packages.

 


Order Cancellation

Customers have 24 hours from the time of order placement to cancel their orders.

Once an order is in fulfillment or has left our facility, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

 


Holiday Sales

All Holiday Sale purchases are final sale.

No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted except for items damaged upon receipt, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges, including size changes, will incur a $20 processing and reshipping fee.

    We provide detailed size guides and product descriptions to help ensure the best fit before ordering.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address was provided, your order can be reshipped once returned to us. A reshipping fee will apply.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for items damaged upon receipt.

All other sales are final.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

Claims verified as an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

International Orders

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has shipped.

 


Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Orders returned to our facility due to being unclaimed will require reshipment fees.

 

 


Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Final Sale

All sales are final once an order enters the fulfillment process.

Customers have a 24-hour cancellation window after purchase; beyond this period, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
